7 weeks Sunday Morning or Wednesday Evening Guided Meditation

Each week, we will focus on one different area of our life to reflect, review and make adjustment.

This meditation may be slightly different from other guided meditation, as you become more receptive, more open to the meditation concepts, you will feel more energised as you receive and cleansed, see the changes in coming weeks, very fast.

Week 1: Root: Attract Opportunities, Empowerment, Safety & Security

"releasing any old beliefs and allow yourself to receive a flow of abundance"

Week 2: Sacral: Creativity & Addicted Behavior,

"any doubts about your creative abilities, any experience that you seen as a failure, worries of public acceptance"

Week 3: Solar Plexus: Empowerment, Personal Power,

"no more hiding, no more procrastinating your true self."

Week 4: Heart: "transmute your pain energy, exhaling anything in your heart that has been bruised from your past...."

Week 5: Throat: Stand on your ground,

"release anything from your past, which may have diminished your confidence"

Week 6: Third eye: "strong enough to see the truth of the situation..."

Week 7: Crown: "release any limited thoughts..."
